Market leader Hapert Trailers wanted to solidify its position in the European market. Because it doesn’t matter how powerful and well-known your brand is, the competition is fierce. The roughly 150 dealers were ready for some more exposure that would make them busy bees. It was now up to us to tow them ahead of their competitors.
Blue Dragon found their blind spot. Their biggest core value - power – seemed to be missing in their brand identity! So we put together a new brand identity and started the development of the website by extensive usability and A/B testing. The test results provided further evidence that we used to optimize the UX, usability, and performance. We then
connected the ERP system with the back end. Now visitors can find all the information they need on the website, virtually assemble their own Hapert trailer, and go shopping for parts. And the golden ticket? Using visitors’ postcodes to give the dealer closest to their location. We also created a UX design that could easily be adapted to the identity of each individual dealer.
A powerful image, a very practical website, and an amusing social media campaign (in which a carpenter declares his love to Hapert). The new website is more than just a representation of Hapert’s new identity.
